there must be friction in there so either you've worn your shoes A LOT or maybe you should get a tighter fit?? then your heel won't rub on the insole and wear it away
Why does the heel part of the insoles in my Converse lowtops always wear away through to the foam underneath??
Try buying a sole and replacing it with the original one...
