Has anyone with flat-feet tried WalkFit Orthotic Insoles??

I've seen commercials on TV for these, and of course they look wonderful, but just wondering if anyone has actually tried them? Are they worth it?

Has anyone with flat-feet tried WalkFit Orthotic Insoles??
I have flat feet and did try them... but they caused me more pain. Best to visit a podiatrist and have custom orthotics.
Reply:Hard plastic and not comfortable. The main problem I had was trying to fit them into my shoes (took too much volume: made shoes fit very tight).
