Can anyone recommend a good pair of shoes For Standing long periods of time or insoles?
Insoles: "sofsole"
Reply:Yes! Nikken has some fabulous insoles- they are magnetic and help produce optimal circulation, giving more energy, less pain... There are other magnetic insoles on the market, but Nikken's have patented technology that I don't really understand but that produces a much more effective magnetic response than others do. A few links below. Let me know if you'd like more info (I have a pair in every one of my shoes). One note- if you're on your feet all day, I think I'd suggest Magstrides over Magsteps- they're smoother.
