How do you clean/sanitize the insides (insoles, etc.) of your shoes in a way that would be safe for your skin?

Take a large cotton ball or the corner of a rag and dip it in rubbing alcohol. Wipe the entire inside of each shoe. Allow them to air dry for about ten minutes.

if gym shoes wash them in washer.
Reply:i have allways used baking soda sprinkled in to each shoe and leave overnight, helps to get rid of smells but be sure to shake it out in the morning
Reply:if it's a rubber shoes, you should wash it from time to time.
