I've got party feet %26amp; i found they worked pretty well. I've been clubbing in my most painfull high heels %26amp; been ok. I haven't tried anything else so don't know what to suggest. Sorry!
Reply:try a little corn starch
Reply:The only thing I found that helped was - every time I had the opportunity I shifted my weight onto my heels - thereby giving the balls of my feet a little 'time out'. It wasn't much, but it did help.

The only certain way of avoiding aching feet is to avoid wearing high heels ... but I'm just being silly now!!
Reply:if you cant wear them without pain don't wear them
Reply:High heels pitch you forward when you walk, centering more weight on the balls of your feet, causing pain.

This is why I rarely wear heels.

I think there are some new gel inserts designed specifically for women's high heeled shoes. You can probably find them at general department stores like Wal-Mart or Target.
