unless your insoles are moulded from plastic explosive there will not be a problem
Reply:Just let them examine them..they may remove the gel though....lots of people are in the same situation...what a terrible world we live in....

Reply:You will have to take your shoes off anyway to go through the x-rays. Insoles or no insoles. That will make no difference at all.

Reply:you have to take of your shoes..while passing through the security
Reply:You are now required to remove and place in checked baggage in the US.
Reply:I don't know if they would check that or not. They may make you remove them and dispose of them for safety reasons. At least they are not expensive. I would remove them and put them in my checked luggage. then replace them after you get to your destination.
Reply:You can probably get to USA no problem, but when you leave, USA will make you take off your shoes and send them through x-ray.
Reply:what ever they ask you to do, its for your safety and it gives you the satisfaction your about to board a comparatively safe plane if its a medical condition and you can prove it to security i guess they will co-operate to your satisfaction
