What is a good insole for a waitress with high arches?

I work 4-7 hour shifts and I have really high arches. My feet are KILLING me! What insole should I get?

When it comes to high arch insoles, I've tried them all. The best thing I have found it..... Arch support SOCKS! They carry them at Wal-Mart in the Women's socks section. The have a tight band around the arch and they work GREAT!!! Try them out!!
Reply:Gel inserts, the best...but also, wear support hose for your legs, this gives your feet some help as well.
Reply:Dr. Schols gels.
Reply:Unless you can get one that is specially made for your feet by a podiatrist, I would stay away from insoles. You would be better off getting a pair of shoes with high arch support. I have very high arches and Dansko and Birkenstock have worked well for me. If I wear tennis shoes, my orthodics are a must. Good luck. I know it can be extremely painful to be on your feet for long periods of time.
