I have the nike mary jane shoes with the pink insole. since it's been so hot outside (and no socks are to be worn with these shoes) the insoles have become black. Its very noticable as the regular color of the insole is pink. the insoles are easy to take out so i was wondering what is the best way to clean the insoles???

I would spray them heavily with Shout Advance (this stuff is awesome got grease out of a shirt of mine that had been washed and dried several times) let it sit for a week spraying several times then toss them in the washer.
