Were can i buy scholl heel pain relief insoles?
I'm sure I saw them in a branch of Woolworth's this afternoon.
Reply:At most drug stores. The best ones to get are the gel style ones.

Reply:Heel pain relief insoles rarely do what they say on the tin. Gel inserts will reduce shear forces but are exceptionally poor at cushioning yet the cause of the heel pain is rarely due to lack of cushioning. Insoles work by correcting foot position, unless you are excessively pronating (a tri-planer movement which would require custom made insoles) insoles will do little to benefit the problem. Without a full assessment to determine cause it is difficult to suggest a treatment regime, however i would suggest calf stretches every day, the benefit will not be felt for at least 4-6 weeks but it does work.
