I just bought a pair of plastic reflexology insoles; thought of putting them in my walking shoes permanently.?

There was a phrase "Do not wear for long periods, 1 or 2 hours a day is ample" on the instructions.

I was wondering if I could wear them for longer hours or permanently for as long as I am walking?

The prongs tend to hit the same areas over and over again. I wouldn't be worried about over stimulating the reflex areas so much as potential irritation to your feet.

It probably makes more sense to spell yourself just to keep from over irritation. I doubt you can do permanent damage. think of it as exercise. Exercise is good for you unless you overdo it.

Reply:Follow the directions or you could wind up with more problems. I am not sure why you bought some over the counter insoles as normally you should have them made special for you feet by a podiatrist.
Reply:They might wear out prematurely but I don't think they will harm you.
Reply:The phrase "do not wear for long periods, 1 or 2 hours a

day is ample" is with a reason. The basic duty of these

insoles is to stimulate the nerve ending points of the major

organs of the body. Continuous wear will lead to continuous

stimulation which will over work them and could be

hazardous to one's health. It is like putting your legs

continously on accelerator of the car and not releasing it.

You know what will happen. Same applies to the body.

Therefore please do not even think of wearing more than

the stimulated time. Good luck and God bless. Cheers! :o)
Reply:i think u r better follow d instructions.take care.
Reply:Umm.......NO!?!? Sorry, but didn't you just type the instructions? It'll probably make you're feet hurt. Or ruin your shoes. Or both.
Reply:You got scammed.

If you "just bought" them, maybe you can still get your money back?
Reply:i would follow instructions or talk to your foot doctor about it
