Most styles of ugg boots (like the classics) don't have removable insoles. You're just supposed to put the new insole in over whats already in the boot.
How do you take out an old ugg insole to replace with the new ones?
take it to a cobbler - they can do it for you and do it right! I will be about 10 dollars!
