Is there any way from preventing them from coming off.
How do you stop the little rubber insole massiging nubs on the adidas sandals from coming off.?
No matter what they will give out some time. Just dont bend the shoe or pick at the insoles. Get some new ones every once in a while, you will feel renewed!
Reply:No there is no way to keep them from coming out. If its just in the toe for now, keep them cuz its wont matter, but when it starts getting extremely bad then get a new pari. I have 3 pairs, 2 with the nobs out and 1 with only a few out.

They fall off so you have to buy a new pair. It sucks cause they're so comfortable.
