Does anyone else have this problem with sandals???

I absolutely love wearing sandals, particularly flip flops, but if I buy a pair with a dark colored insole, the dye gets all over the bottom of my feet. If I buy a pair with a light colored insole, the insole gets a beautiful image of my foot imbedded into it by the dirt, which then transfers onto my foot everytime I wear them. I mean really, what is more romantic than to go to your man's place after a hot date, slip you sandal's off, displaying your gross insoles and then running to the bathroom to scrub the bottom of your feet before he sees the dye and dirt imbedded into your soles? I mean really, anyone else have this problem? And please forget the "cheap sandals, buy new ones" solution. My sandals are upwards of $60 since I live in Florida and wear year round. It doesn't matter how expensive or inexpensive, the problem is the same.

after you get the new dark colored sandals WASH THEM before you wear them like with a wash cloth and warm water just the part your foot goes on and then dry them and wear them for the light colored ones gettin dirty wash your feet before you leave and as much as you can throughout the day then after the day is over wash them with a wash cloth and warm water i had the SAME problem and did this and no more problems also on the light colored ones put some baby powder on the bottom of your foot after you wash and dry your feet it helps your feet not sweat as much and keeps the shoes semi nice just wash the bottoms of the light ones with some water if they are white use a tiny bit of rubbing alchol and water do NOT do it on any color except white it will ruin your shoes also use a pumice stone on your feet and get one of those calus shaver thingies they have them at walmart for 5 bucks i think and they use them at the salon when you get a pedicure and make sure your feet are silky smooth on the bottoms helps with the dirt stuff and at night use vaseline on your feet and put some socks on and get up and wash them off and use lotion helps a TON good luck and i know its hard work but it is WELL worth the time to keep your sandals nice
