i work as a waitress and i work like 8 hour shifts at a time and it really kills my feet and my back.





where can i get some work shoes with gel insoles??


or will i have to just buy the insoles separate??

try those shoes that have the shock or springs in them. They are comforable. I think that they are nikes.
Reply:try nike sneakers. i used to waitress also and i found that nike shoes are excellent for keeping feet happy and backaches to a minimum.
