When you buy gel insoles for tennis shoes, do you take out the old ones?
Yes! Pull old one out and place new one in. Too much insoles can tight your shoes or can hurt you foot arch!
Reply:If your foot no longer fits due to the size of the gel insoles, then yes, I have taken the old ones out. Don%26#039;t need that dreaded ingrown toenail!

Reply:I don%26#039;t. the bottoms of the shoes are still hard rubber and even with the inserts they can hurt.
