i work night shift ,and stand on a concrete floor i even bought insoles .they helped but my feet really hurt ,soooooooooooo any suggestions ??

I know this sounds dorky, but you may want to try othopedic shoes or z-coils. Nurses rely on them becasue they are made especially for the protection and comfort of your feet. They may look a little unusual or different to you, but it%26#039;s important to protect your feet now, if you dont it can result in severe back and feet problems later on in life. So best to take care of it now!
Reply:Merrell shoes are the best, superior arch support, they can be a bit expensive but Man! are they worth it.
